Terms of sale

Products and prices

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Products are made in limited quantities and can sell out at any time. Product photos show the real designs; colours on screen may differ slightly.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once we receive your payment. Payment is processed by DOKU (QRIS or the other methods shown on the payment page). The payment page is valid for 60 minutes; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically. While your payment page is open, the stock you chose is held for you.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Shipping is a flat rate per zone, charged once per order, as shown on the Delivery information page. Arrival estimates are working days after dispatch and may change with courier conditions.

Returns and exchanges

Montee does not accept returns or size exchanges. For wrong or faulty items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Details are on the Returns policy page.

Intellectual property

The designs, photos, logo and text on this site belong to Montee and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We hope any issue can be settled by talking to us directly first.
