Returns policy

Montee does not accept returns or size exchanges.

Everything is made in limited quantities, and some pieces are sewn only after the order comes in. For that reason we cannot accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing or change of mind.

Please check the size guide before ordering. All measurements are taken from the garment laid flat, with a ±1–2cm tolerance.

If you're unsure about sizing, message us on WhatsApp before you pay and we'll help you choose.

Wrong or faulty items

If what arrives isn't what you ordered, or there's a manufacturing fault, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We handle those directly.
