Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, WhatsApp number, delivery address and what you bought. If you create an account: your email and a password (stored hashed). If you contact us or use the custom-order form: the message and details you send.

Payment details (bank, card or e-wallet information) are handled by DOKU. We never see or store them; we only receive the payment status and the method used.

What we use it for

Processing and delivering your order, sending confirmation and tracking emails, answering your questions on WhatsApp or email, preventing fraud, and meeting legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes data with us

DOKU (payments), Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and the courier delivering your parcel (the name, address and phone number needed for delivery). They only receive what they need for their job.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: your cart, language, theme and login session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to serve you, handle faulty or wrong-item claims, and meet tax and accounting rules. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. Order records we must keep by law can’t be deleted before the required period ends. Contact us at montee.sales@gmail.com or on WhatsApp and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with its update date.
